  Firstly, it is better not to edit the config/app.php, there is an ENV file for this.

  Thinking about this, the option to upload audio from the "post settings area" may not be a good idea. Having many options in the post settings area can be overwhelming and cluttered for the user. I think that the magic should focus on the editorJS.
  
  - Adding the "Html" block to editorJS seems like a smarter and cleaner option. In this way, it is possible to embed any audio podcast, video,... All you have to do is to Upload an Audio File (Mp3) to any podcast hosting service and then copy the link of that audio and paste it into the post.
