  The error message you're seeing for bookkeeping.cismultiservices.com (HTTP ERROR 500) is not related to the accounting software itself. It appears that you might be trying to upload a different software to that domain.
  
  It looks like the accounting software may not have been installed correctly. Could you please repeat the installation steps again? We're confident this will resolve the issue.

  I see a lot of text in the script which is highly unusual. I expected a clean, simple layout with tons of functions.
  There are some functionality I was expecting to see but didn't see, such as the csv or excel upload of transactions.

  I understand there might have been a reported issue with the codester. However, upon checking, I've confirmed it's operational. Direct sharing of the URL is not permitted; however, I am endeavoring to resolve this problem
