2 weeks agoNeelWonder PurchasedRating:During the installation process, it is not possible to create the permissions table because the programmer used the foreign key name prefix_permissions_permission_category_id_foreign is too long. As a result, the installation fails both via the web and via CLI.
Multiple clients had the same problem.
This programmer enjoys to plays games by giving all sorts of irresponsible answers to clients without even trying to see if his solution works or not.
I requested the programmer THREE TIMES to include in the zip file (to be downloaded from Codester) one SQL file for installation. Check my messages under the Support above.
After I complained that the documentation was not included in the zip file (download from Codester), he immediately added the documentation.html, but then carefully ignored my request (in the same message) to provide a SQL file and immediately uploaded the documentation.html. Even today, the SQL file is missing in the zip file.
My second request to provide an SQL file was again ignored. On the second request, he addressed the documentation, which was completely irrelevant.
On my third request, he told me that instead of providing a SQL file, I should run php artisan migrate --seed via CLI. This programmer doesn't even know that this can't work if there is an inherent problem with the length of the foreign keys. He didn't even try to check for himself if his recommendation works.
This programmer thinks it best to disregard requests from customers who are having installation issues because of the missing SQL file.
Almost every project I have purchased includes an SQL file. There is a reason for this, to avoid installation problems like we have and as reported by several customers. Instead of taking 3 minutes to add a SQL file, he spent my time and his on useless discussions. This proves his unprofessional way of dealing with requests from customers.
I recommend all users of Codester not to purchase this script until the programmer provides a SQL file. -
2 weeks agocodehunger AuthorFirst thing First, Codestor Won't accept the submissions without any Documentation File, another thing if we do the file update then it requires 24 to 48 hours to accept the code from Codestor.
We have sold the script to over 25 clients, but don't get such feedback from them, anyhow if you face the inconvenience, we apologize for that.
You are putting everything things inside the chat, and chat doesn't support file transfer, if you come via our support mail or skype, will send you the SQL immediately.
Provide your email, or ping me directly at [email protected] will send you SQL.
