Recording Measurements
1. Launch the app and tap the "Add Pressure & BPM" button.
2. Enter your Systolic (High) and Diastolic (Low) pressure values.
3. Enter your Heart Rate (BPM).
4. Save the entry; the app will instantly log the time, date, and health status.
B. Understanding the Status Indicators
The app automatically categorizes your readings into 5 levels:
Normal: Optimal blood pressure and heart rate.
Elevated: Slightly high; a warning to monitor lifestyle and diet.
High: Hypertension detected; requires regular monitoring.
Crisis: Emergency level; immediate medical consultation is advised.
Rapid (BPM): Indicates tachycardia (abnormally fast heart rate).
C. Tracking Trends
Use the Line Chart on the dashboard to see your health progress over time.
Scroll through Recent Logs to review specific past readings.

Instructions
Step 1: Record Your Data
- Open the app and tap the "Add Pressure & BPM" button.
- Enter your Systolic (high number), Diastolic (low number), and your Heart Rate (BPM).
- Tap Save.
Step 2: Get Instant Results
- You will see an immediate Health Status (e.g., Normal, High, or Crisis) to know your condition right away.
Step 3: Monitor Daily Trends
- Check the Main Dashboard to see your latest measurements. Visual Chart will update automatically to show you if your health is improving or needs attention.
Step 4: Review Your History
- Scroll through the Recent Logs to see all your past readings with exact dates and times.
- All data is saved in your Phone Memory, so you can access it anytime without the internet.
Step 5: Consult Your Doctor
- During your next medical check-up, simply open the app and show the History List and Charts to your doctor.
