  Yes, the PowerMTA should be installed on a server with basic settings, and then you can set the advance PowerMTA configuration with MailCarry for your IPs, Domains, Bounces, DNS entries, etc.
  
  And as far as the PowerMTA installation is concern, it depends on OS and you can Google it.

  Eg. we have maligun, sendgrid, and amazon ses accounts and a list of 30000 contacts, and we need to send 10000 per ESP?

  yes you can send a campaign with multiple ESP/SMTP. You will only need to select the required ESP while scheduling a campaign.
