  As mentioned by you that the work done in backend is dependent on some API code hosted on RapidAPI?
  
  1. How is this GDPR privacy friendly? We do not even have idea what you going to do with our data.
  
  2. It feels like you want to sell this code on codester but at the same time want to control the technology by hosting it on RapidAPI. So that we will be always dependent on you.
  
  How about release the API code hosted on RapidAPI and let us host it on our own RapidAPI or some other API code hosting site? If someone wants to use your RapidAPI then that is fine but if someone doesn't want then give them option to host it ourselves.

  Usually, we "reply" to our client message, which includes the correct client email to send the reply too.
  
  From our side, we receive and reply to your email messages, but we aren't sure if you have received our replies or not.
  Note: Ensure to find our earlier message and mark them as important/primary, and star them, that may help.

  It seems your software is bugged and has a lot of problems, beginning at installation.
  
  There is also a security risk as information from files we upload will be taken to an API we have no access to or control of. The inability to also switch to Azure Open AI is also a problem as your method incurs me new costs when I already have a paid service with Azure AI.
  
  In that regard, I would like to get a refund as the security risk (or lack of control on access to documents) and lack of control of who accesses our Open AI keys was not disclosed.

  But I’m using the copy I downloaded from the download link on codester after paying yesterday. Why should I go ask for support elsewhere when I already told you the problem?
  
  Please refund me for selling software that doesn’t install.
  
  On security:
  
  If I will be uploading sensitive information and don’t know how your API handles it and where it takes it how will I use the platform or get customers to use it?
  
  I won’t have answers for my own users. Is it going to an S3 bucket? Is it going to Azure? Who controls that environment?
  
  How will I make sure data privacy laws are not breached?
  
  You have released something that is not commercially practical here.
  
  Please just refund me.
